Important information for visitors and safari clients.

We prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation based on your requirements. A booking becomes confirmed after the required deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.
The required deposit and payment schedule will be stated on your quotation or invoice. Some services may require immediate or non-refundable payment, including permits, air tickets, special accommodation and park activities.
Cancellations should be sent in writing to ryanafricasafaris@gmail.com. Applicable charges will be calculated according to the booking terms and non-refundable costs already incurred. Ryan Africa Safaris should insert its final approved cancellation percentages before commercial launch.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Additional supplier charges or price differences are normally payable by the client.
No refund will normally be provided for services voluntarily missed or unused after a safari begins, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Where a refund is due, we will endeavor to process it within a reasonable period after determining the refundable amount and receiving any necessary supplier refunds.
