Important information for visitors and safari clients.

These Terms and Conditions govern safari bookings and travel services arranged by Ryan Africa Safaris Limited. By making a booking or paying a deposit, the client acknowledges these terms.
A booking is confirmed after the required deposit or agreed payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Availability of accommodation, permits, vehicles, guides and other services is subject to confirmation.
Prices may be quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are based on costs, taxes, park fees, permit fees, exchange rates and supplier charges applicable when the quotation is prepared. Required deposits and payment deadlines will be stated on the quotation or invoice.
Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are subject to availability and the conditions of the responsible wildlife authority. Permit fees may be non-refundable or subject to strict amendment and cancellation terms once purchased.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges depend on the booking terms and non-refundable commitments already made to suppliers. Do not publish fixed percentage cancellation charges until Ryan Africa Safaris has adopted a final commercial policy.
We may make reasonable itinerary changes where necessary because of weather, road conditions, park regulations, supplier availability, security concerns, government action, flight changes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including appropriate medical, evacuation, repatriation, cancellation, interruption and baggage cover.
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccination documentation and other travel requirements. Travelers should consider their fitness for activities and seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
Wild animals move freely in natural environments and specific sightings cannot be guaranteed. Clients must follow instructions from guides, rangers and wildlife authorities.
Hotels, lodges, airlines, transport companies, wildlife authorities and other suppliers may have their own terms and conditions.
Concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to assist. These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Uganda, subject to mandatory consumer rights or other laws that may apply.
